Mô tả công việc: | – Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts. – Work on the detail art execution. – Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic. – Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. – Brainstorm & develop creative ideas and concepts in partnership with other teams. – Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software. – Balancing competing priorities and multiple projects. – Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, account team, community team etc. – Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications. – Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. – Have design experience in many fields. – Sensible and fast adapt to new trends. – Is able to consult and apply new trends into design. – Is able to meet deadlines and handle intense pressure. – Keep up to date with popular culture and trends. |
| Yêu cầu: | – 3+ year experience in art and design. – Be stable under pressure and have strong sense of urgency. – Must be effective at multi-tasking, time management, presentations skills, strategic and innovative thinking. – Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Figma. – Expert level skills in Photoshop and other relevant design tools. – Good at English (research, basic communication). – A degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field. – Basic knowledge of branding, marketing is a plus. – Be willing to work overtime if needed. |
