In conclusion, pressure will lead to poor state of mental health and cause negative thoughts which lead to extreme events.

- Life pressure brings many harmful effects to the spiritual life, not only the person under pressure but also their loved ones.
- Excessive pressure leads to many extreme behaviors such as low self-esteem, self-harm, and even suicide

Raising problems, exposing the negative side of Pressure, as well as conveying positive messages, get rid of obsessions in life.
